How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl then blend well.
  • Roll into balls then roll in flour and brown in an ovenproof skillet.
  • Drain off excess grease.
  • Add 1/4 cup flour to 2 cups tomato juice and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and bake 45 minutes.
