Belgian Meatballs

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup cornmeal shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons green pepper chopped shopping list
- 2 cups tomato juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl then blend well.
- Roll into balls then roll in flour and brown in an ovenproof skillet.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Add 1/4 cup flour to 2 cups tomato juice and pour over meatballs.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes.
