A yummy glaze for grilling chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • dash of salt

Directions
  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well.
  2. Grill or broil chicken as desired, basting with glaze during last 15 minutes of cooking time.
