Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Onion,chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic,minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomatoe Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary,crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Pounds of Good Ground Round
  • 2 Cups of Dark Strong Beer

Directions
  1. Mix everything together,except the beer.
  2. Shape into patties about 1" thick.
  3. Place in shallow pan.
  4. Pour beer over patties,cover,refrigerate for 8 or up to 24 hours.
  5. Grill burgers for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with A mustard sauce:
  7. 3 Tablespoons Stone ground mustard
  8. 1 Tablespoons Beer
  9. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  10. Mix and spread on toasted bun,top with beef patties.
