How to make it

  • Mix everything together,except the beer.
  • Shape into patties about 1" thick.
  • Place in shallow pan.
  • Pour beer over patties,cover,refrigerate for 8 or up to 24 hours.
  • Grill burgers for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with a mustard sauce:
  • 3 Tablespoons Stone ground mustard
  • 1 Tablespoons Beer
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Mix and spread on toasted bun,top with beef patties.
