How to make it

  • Put a pot of water over a freshly lit fire. When water boils, add goat meat, tomatoes, okra, oil, and salt. Simmer about 20 minutes.

    i think the crushed dried okra would be better. it would make a richer broth.

    I have made some beef and bison jerky stew type recipes that were very tasty. Its amazing how much is swells up when it is re hydrated. For my taste, I would much rather have the dried okra. My family uses it in a lot of Middle Eastern Lamb and Goat recipes. Very interesting. Thanks Jim
