These are great for little kids because theres a "suprise" inside
Ingredients
- 1 package (18 1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter at room temperature shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup ground walnuts (or pecans) shopping list
- 36 chocolate candy kisses (dark or milk) shopping list
- powdered sugar for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 Degrees farenheit
- Beat half of cake mix and butter in bowl on high until light. Add egg and remaining cake mix, beat at medium speed just until dough forms. add walnuts, Beat just until blended.
- Shape table spoon of dough around each kiss, make sure it's completely covered. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or just beginning to turn golden brown and firm. Transfer them to wire cookie racks set over wax paper, dust with powdered sugar.
