This is the most strightforward but I think delicious pudding to finish off a bbq.

Ingredients
  • 8 bananas
  • brown sugar
  • double cream
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions
  1. After all of the meat cooking is finished on the bbq slit the bananas down their middle
  2. Place over the coals and leave with the lid on the bbq for 30 mins.
  3. As the bbq cools the bananas will cook through without burning
  4. Take the bananas off the grill and split down the middle and remove the flesh
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  6. Add cream and ice cream
  7. Perfect way to finish off the meal outside!
