Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi I

- 4 (8oz) mahi mahi fillets, thawed if frozen shopping list
- 2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Pat dry if fillets are wet with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds on non-skin side. Gently press seeds in with your fingers.
- In a large non-stick skillt heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fillets. seeded side down. Cook for 4 minutes. Gently flip fillets and cook 3 to 5 minutes more, or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Serve with your favorite side.
