Ingredients
  • 4 (8oz) mahi mahi fillets, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Pat dry if fillets are wet with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds on non-skin side. Gently press seeds in with your fingers.
  2. In a large non-stick skillt heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fillets. seeded side down. Cook for 4 minutes. Gently flip fillets and cook 3 to 5 minutes more, or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Serve with your favorite side.
