How to make it

  • Pat dry if fillets are wet with a paper towel. Rub each fillet with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds on non-skin side. Gently press seeds in with your fingers.
  • In a large non-stick skillt heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add fillets. seeded side down. Cook for 4 minutes. Gently flip fillets and cook 3 to 5 minutes more, or until fish flakes with a fork.
  • Serve with your favorite side.

    Thanks for the recipe. Mahi mahi is about the only fish I will eat (besides tuna fish). I will be giving this a try. Thanks again.
