Pork Chops with Cabbage and Tomato

                    - 2 boneless pork loin chops(4oz.ea) shopping list
 - 1/4tsp olive oil shopping list
 - 1 medium onion,chopped shopping list
 - 1/2c chopped sweet red peper shopping list
 - 1c shredded cabbage shopping list
 - 1 small tomato,chopped shopping list
 - 1/3c reduced-sodium chicken broth shopping list
 - 1/8 to1/4tsp pepper shopping list
 - 1/8tsp salt shopping list
 - 1/8tsp paprika shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - In a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray,brown chops..Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet,add oil,onion and red pepper. Cook 3 to 5 mins or till vegetables are tender. Stir in cabbage,tomato,broth,salt ,pepper and paprika.
 - Return chops to pan. Reduce heat;cover and simmer 8 to 10 mins. or till thermometer reads 160 and vegetables are tender.
