How to make it

  • Heat peanut oil in deep fryer (or deep frying pan) to float fish.
  • When you can drop a small drip of water in and it sizzles it's ready to fry the fish.
  • Fry fish for barely three minutes per side.
  • It will float when it is done.
  • Do not overbrown.
  • Put mayo on each roll.
  • Top with fillet, shredded cheese, coleslaw, pepperocinis and hot sauce (just a shake or two).
