How to make it

  • Mix with hands (if dry/not sticking together add another egg yolk)
  • Roll with rolling pin to ¼ to 1/3 inch thick.
  • Cut with cookie cutter or sharp knife into various shapes.
  • Prick with a fork twice.
  • Bake 17 min. at 350.
  • You only want them to be light golden brown on the edges. Don’t over-bake.
