Sues Scotch Shortbread

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- ½ cup corn starch shopping list
- ½ cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix with hands (if dry/not sticking together add another egg yolk)
- Roll with rolling pin to ¼ to 1/3 inch thick.
- Cut with cookie cutter or sharp knife into various shapes.
- Prick with a fork twice.
- Bake 17 min. at 350.
- You only want them to be light golden brown on the edges. Don’t over-bake.
