Ingredients

2 cans cream of shrimp soup

2 c milk or half & half

1.5 c salsa - your favorite brand and heat - I like a medium chipotle salsa

1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined

Directions

Combine the soup, milk and salsa

Heat until hot - you can add more milk if too thick

Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp is tender.

Serve with a crusty bread.

Quick and simple for when you don't have the time to cook from scratch.
