Ingredients
- 2 oz.17-year-old J. Wray Nephew Jamaican rum (I use any brand Jamaican rum)
- 1/2 oz. French Garnier Orgeat (Almond syrup)
- 1/2 ounce Holland DeKuyper Orange Curacao
- 1/4 ounce Rock Candy Syrup (I use simple syrup)
- Juice from one fresh lime
- Ice
- Mint to garnish
Directions
- In shaker filled with ice, add ingredients
- Shake and pour into old fashioned glass with shell of half of squeezed lime
- Garnish with mint

Wynnie - THE original Trader Vic's (not a franchise) is in Emeryville, Ca just outside of San Francisco. For the locals it is an institution and their Mai Tai is a religious experience for many. It's a great location and a very happy libation. Great share!!
