Indian Broiled Fish With Spices Recipe

	main fish broiled indian lemon mustard cumin coriander

Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons dry mustard

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garam masala

4 halibut steaks

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except fish and butter.

Spread mixture evenly on both sides of fish then place fish in shallow glass dish.

Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.

Set oven control to broil and arrange fish on rack in broiler pan and drizzle with butter.

Broil with tops 4” from heat until light brown about 7 minutes then turn.

Drizzle with melted butter then broil 7 minutes longer.
