How to make it

  • Mix together all ingredients except fish and butter.
  • Spread mixture evenly on both sides of fish then place fish in shallow glass dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
  • Set oven control to broil and arrange fish on rack in broiler pan and drizzle with butter.
  • Broil with tops 4” from heat until light brown about 7 minutes then turn.
  • Drizzle with melted butter then broil 7 minutes longer.
