Saucepan Spaghetti

- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey or sausage, or a mixture shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried onion shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1- 15 oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 6 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat in a large saucepan that has a lid
- Stir in all the seasonings, the water and tomato sauce
- Turn to high and bring to a boil
- Break in raw spaghetti noodles
- Turn heat to low, cover, simmer 30 minutes
- Stir often, check for desired doneness - it might not take 30 minutes
- Remove from heat, stir in cheese until all incorporated.
- We always make garlic toast from hot dogs buns to soak up the sauce, we also have green beans and corn with this, but a salad would be ideal.
