Quick easy micro dessert that will sure to be a hit

Ingredients
  • 1 medium egg white
  • 250g icing sugar
  • vanilla essence

Directions
  1. Add one medium sized egg white to 250 g sifted icing sugar and a drop of vanilla essence, mix to a dough.
  2. Divide into 8 portions and roll into a ball.
  3. Cook on grease proof paper, 2 at a time for 1 minute and 20 sec on full power
  4. Serve with lightly whipped cream and fruit of your choice
