My strawberry to die for pie

yummy strawberry fluffy pie
Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 rose wine (something you would drink) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 10 oz package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped shopping list
- 1 baked 9 in pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle gelatin over the wine in a double boiler. Let stand for several minutes to soften. Heat until gelatin dissolves, stiring constantly.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Chill until partially set.
- Stir in strawberries.
- Beat egg whites with salt and sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in whipped cream and strawberry mixture.
- Chill until mixture mounds on spoon.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- ENJOY
