Chicken Stroganoff

- 1 pound bonless chicken breast shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion chopped shopping list
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced thin shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup warm water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 12 oz. bag egg noodles shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces
- In a large skillet melt butter and add onions and garlic cook until tender.
- Add chicken and salt and pepper , cook untl chicken is brown
- Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender
- With warm water dissolve chicken bouillon, add to skillet
- Stir flour into sour cream then whisk into skillet , cook until all is incorporated.
- Serve over egg noodles
