Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 cup bar-b-que sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion diced
  • .

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients well.
  2. shape into balls.
  3. place on cookie sheet.
  4. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  5. *last 15 minutes brush with some sauce.
