Honey Barbecue Baste

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 8 ounce ca tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 3 tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoon dry sherry shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
- Serve over grilled chicken, pork, spareribs, salmon or hamburgers.
- Yield: 1 Cup
