Good dressing to use with a salmon potato salad and then sprinkle chopped green onions over top. i used one can of salmon, red bliss potatoes, and snap peas... you could add lettuce and substitute asparagus for the snap peas.

Ingredients

1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (1 small lemon) shopping list
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill shopping list
1 tsp grated orange zest shopping list
1/2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
Freshly ground pepper, to taste shopping list

How to make it

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and pour over salad.
