Banana Honey And Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 chopped banana
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • large pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients (except the honey) into your smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  2. Next add the honey and give it a quick whizz to blend the honey in (by doing this way it prevents the honey from clogging and gathering around the blade).
  3. Pour into glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired, then enjoy!
