this is a wonderful main dish or a side dish on a brunch or breakfast menu,served with fruit by itself or with an eggs,bacon braskfast! Addicting!!

Ingredients
  • 8 cheese frozen blinzes-i use a combo of half cheese ,half blueberry or apple
  • i stick,melted butter
  • 6eggs
  • 1pint of sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tablespoonsorange juice
  • 2-4 tblesp sugar to taste
  • 2tspsalt
  • ,

Directions
  1. line bottom of souffle dish with blintzes
  2. cover with the melted butter
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender till smooth,about 1 minute
  4. pour over blintzes
  5. bake at 350degreesfor i hour
  6. serve with sour cream and applesauce,or i use a fruit perserve, such as Blueberry with the blueberry blinzesor whatever you like
  7. I have made this with all cheese blinzes and used sour cream and an aprivot perserves on them after they are baked-wonderful!!
