How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Rinse fish and pat dry. Lightly grease a small shallow baking pan with some of oil. Rub remaining oil over top of fish.
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake, uncovered, about 20 min. or until fish flakes easily.
  • Per Serving: 182 Calories; 8g Fat (42.1% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 1g Saturated Fat; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 69mg Cholesterol; 125mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 3 Lean Meat; 1/2 Fat.

    I loved it! I substituted panko bread crumbs and added 4 tbs parmesan I grated from a block of parmesan cheese and added 1/4 tsp salt..didn't have lemon pepper seasoning so used 1/4 tsp onion powder..Is a great way make fish..This is a keeper recipe for me. I only cooked 12 to 15 mins.
