Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked pinto beans (black beans will work as well)
  • 1 pound browned hamburger
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper (optional)
  • 3 TBSP sour cream
  • 1 and 1/2 cup colby jack ceese (resereve 1/2 cup for toppng)

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients expect for the 1/2 cup cheese,
  2. pour into a 2 quart caserole dish
  3. top with 1/2 cup cheese
  4. cook in an oven heated to about 375 degrees
  5. for about 30 minutes or until heated thru
