Pinto Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups cooked pinto beans (black beans will work as well)

1 pound browned hamburger

1 small onion minced

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/4 tsp red pepper (optional)

3 TBSP sour cream

1 and 1/2 cup colby jack ceese (resereve 1/2 cup for toppng)

Directions

mix all ingredients expect for the 1/2 cup cheese,

pour into a 2 quart caserole dish

top with 1/2 cup cheese

cook in an oven heated to about 375 degrees

for about 30 minutes or until heated thru
