Ingredients

1/2- cup crunchy unsalted peanut butter

1/4- cup soy sauce

3- tablespoons lime juice

2- teaspoons sesame oil

2- tablespoons of hot sesame oil

1/4 - cup unsalted peanuts

4- garlic cloves , minced

1- teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

1/4 - teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

combine all of the following ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and blend for 10 - 15 seconds, scraping the side of the bowl at least once

or you can blend by hand by folding the peanut butter into the rest of the ingredientsuntil fully combined

serve at room temperature

if refrigerated the sauce can be kept up to 2 weeks

stir well before serving

makes 1 cup
