How to make it

  • This can be broken down and made into smaller amounts , I just make a pound anyway and use allot of it to rub on ribs , chicken , turkey , roasts or what have you
  • Combine all spices together very well, rub on meat very well before cooking , this can also be used in stews and soups.

    Sounds great. Will be awesome here in South Africa, because we have a bbq (braai) almost every weekend. It is almost part of our culture
