Ingredients

Brown Sugar 3 tbl

Black Pepper 3 tbl

white pepper 3 tbl

Salt , course 3 tbl

Garlic powder 5 tbl

onion powder 4 tbl

Paprika 10 tbl

cumin 1 tbl

ginger powder 1 tbl

Yields about 1 Lb

Directions

This can be broken down and made into smaller amounts , I just make a pound anyway and use allot of it to rub on ribs , chicken , turkey , roasts or what have you

Combine all spices together very well, rub on meat very well before cooking , this can also be used in stews and soups.
