I took my favorites parts of a couple of shrimp dip recipes to make this. It has been a big hit anywhere i take it.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 envelope dry Italian dressing mix (I like Wish-Bone)
  • 1/3 c cocktail sauce
  • 1 can small shrimp (rinsed and drained)

Directions
  1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream
  2. Add dressing mix and cocktail sauce, mix well.
  3. Fold in shrimp.
  4. Refrigerate at least one hour, best if refrigerated over night.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. It is especially good with cornmeal crackers or multi-grain crackers.
