Ingredients
  • • 1/2 pound chopped ham
  • • 1/2 small white onion, cut into chunks
  • • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • • 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • • 1 cup extra sharp yellow cheddar
  • • 1 handful chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • • 1/4 cup small pimento olives, sliced or minced dill pickles

Directions
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except olives and pulse until it is a paste-like dip. Remove to a serving dish and top with olives or pickles. Serve with crackers.
