Wonderful Whole Hearth Vagetarian Soup

- 2/3 cup sliced carrot shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced onion shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 3 cups fat free broth shopping list
- 11/2 cup diced green cabbage shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh green beans shopping list
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini shopping list
- *Sometimes I like to add 2/3Cup Diced Potato, but then you have to cook the soup longer for potatoes to get done.* shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick spray, saute carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and Sea salt.
- Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes or until green beans are tender.
- Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
