  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1-1/2 Cups Hot Milk
  • Pinch of Sea Salt,and White Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream,fresh

Directions
  1. Melt butter,add flour and whisk,mixing rapidly.
  2. Cook for about 4 minutes.
  3. Add milk,very slowly,stir all the while,cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Stir in the salt and pepper,and heavy cream
  5. ~Note:please do not boil this mixture~
