Ingredients

1/2 bag of fresh bean sprouts

5- eggs

2-green onions (diced thinly)

soy sauce

canola oil

lamb gravy or ur fave

Directions

in bowl lightly beat beat eggs add green onions 5 dashes soy sauce

add hand full and half of sprouts.

in stir-fry pan add 1 tblspn oil heat to medium high

with hand grab out sprouts at of egg mixture forrm in round pattie take spoon and sppoon about 1 tblspn of egg mixture let cook about two minutes til golden brown then flip and cook another 2 minutes..keep warm in oven til ready and i serve this with brown lamb gravy on top about 2 tble spoons
