  • 2 CUPS COCONUT
  • 2 TBLSP WATER
  • 1 TBLSP OIL
  • 1 EGG

Directions
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 350 LIGHTLY GREASE COOKIE SHEET OR LINE WITH PARCHMENT PAPER,IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS,BEAT,SHAPE DOUGH INTO 1 1/2 INCH BALLS,PLACE 3 INCHES APART ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET,FLATTEN,SLIGHTLY,BAKE AT 350 FOR 12-15 MIN,OR UNTIL EDGES ARE SET (CENTERS WILL BE SOFT)REMOVE COOKIES AND LET COOL,ENJOY
