Ingredients

2-1/2 Cups Flour,sifted

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Lard

1 Farm Fresh Egg,beaten

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

Cold Water

Directions

Cut the lard into the flour and salt.

Beat the egg in a 1-1/2 cup measureing cup,add vinegar and fill cup with cold water.

Adding enough of this to the flour to make a dough that will hold together in a ball.

Make sure not to handle the dough with warm hands to much.

Roll out ,line pan,pour whatever you like in for the fillling,cover with more pastry,fuss a bit with the crimping ,place in oven bake.
