How to make it

  • Bring water to boil
  • Add rice and salt, stir to combine
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until all water is absorbed
  • Remove from heat and let stand, covered, to finish cooking (approx. 5 to 10 minutes)
  • Stir in oil, sesame seed and butter (butter is optional)
  • Serve
