Thai Shrimp And Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1-1/2 pounds broccoli
  • 1 pound frozen shrimp thawed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews

Directions
  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar and garlic together and set aside.
  2. Boil water then add spaghetti and cook until almost done.
  3. Add shrimp to pasta and boiling water then cook about ten minutes and add broccoli.
  4. Cook three minutes then drain well.
  5. Mix peanut butter and soy sauce mixture then add to spaghetti.
  6. Stir and serve hot with cashews on the side.
