Cresent Spinach Pinewheels

I was hungry but didn't feel like cooking so I threw this together.. it was very filling and extremely easy to make..
Ingredients
- 1 package of Cresent rolls shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- Pinch of Freshly ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach shopping list
- Six thin slices of red onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (I used the mexican cheese blend) shopping list
How to make it
- Flatted out Cresent Rolls onto butter baking sheet
- brush with egg wash and pepper
- sprinkle cheese on top
- put one layer of fresh spinach
- spread sliced onion over spinach
- sprinkle with garlic powder
- carefully roll up
- bake for 15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown
- slice and eat and enjoy!
