Sandwich Steak Stroganoff Recipe

I wanted to make beef stroganoff and had a lot of sandwich steaks in the freezer, so I decided to try to use the sandwich steaks in the stroganoff and it worked pretty well!

Ingredients
- 5 Frozen Sandwich Steaks (broken into medium sized pieces by hand)
- 6 green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons worcesteshire sauce
- 1 beef bullion cube (crushed)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 ounce can of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 package egg noodles (cooked)
Directions
- Combine sandwich steaks, onions, soup, wine, mushrooms, bullion cube, worcesteshire sauce, salt and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream just before serving
- Serve over noodles.

Just curious. I would like to make this but I'm not sure how thick a sandwich steak is. I have shave beef (very thin), would this work? Thanks!
