Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe
This a quick take on Beef Stroganoff with half the cost and half the work - love this for leftovers to take to work - enjoy!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups onions chopped
  • 2 tbsps EVOO
  • 1 lb ground Beef (turkey or chicken)
  • 2 tbsps flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 10 oz mushrooms (diced)
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz broad noodles (uncooked)

Directions
  1. Saute onion in EVOO until transparent. Add ground beef and brown.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in flour, slat garlic, pepper and mushrooms- cook till mushrooms are browned add chicken soup.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat ad simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly but do not boil. Serve over cooked noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
