Total Pineapple Cheesecake

- 18 graham crackers crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted margarine shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 package lemon gelatin shopping list
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring shopping list
- 1-2/3 cup evaporated milk chilled shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained shopping list
How to make it
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 cup sugar and melted margarine.
- Press in bottom of 9” pie pan then bake at 375 for 8 minutes and cool.
- Bring pineapple juice to a boil then add gelatin and cool.
- Blend cream cheese with sugar and vanilla then combine with gelatin mixture.
- Whip evaporated milk until thick then add gelatin mixture.
- Pat pineapple over graham cracker crust and pour in filling.
- Sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs over top then chill 3 hours.
