Ingredients

How to make it

  • Peel turnips and cut off root and stem ends.
  • Use a hand grated /shredded and either fine shred or coarse grate.
  • We prefer the fine long julliene shreds
  • Mix in enough mayonaisee to bind ( not make soggy ) and season to taste with some sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper.
  • Chill well if not serving immediately
  • Stir before serving
