This cupcakes are sooooo good. And easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix above ingredients, fill muffin tins with smallest ice cream scoop or about 1/2 full.
  2. Bake about 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Cream Cheese Icing
  4. 8 oz. cream cheese
  5. 6 tablespoons softened butter
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  8. Combine the cream cheese,butter,vanilla and confectioners sugar in a mixing bowl and cream together until smooth. Icing the cupcakes when they are completely cool.
