How to make it

  • Peel and cut the Butternut Squash
  • Place pieces in large baking dish
  • Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over pieces
  • Melt Butter and Drizzle evenly over squash
  • Sprinkle half of the brown sugar over
  • Toss with hand
  • Sprinke remaining brown sugar on top of buttered squash
  • Distribute evenly on baking sheet
  • Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown
  • (Turn once while baking so that both sides are evenly browned

    I thought I had cooked squash every way but I see I haven't. This one sounds very good and I look forward to trying this on the weekend.
