Carmelized Butternut Squash

- 1 large butterut squash, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch pieces shopping list
- 6 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- Pinch of kosher salt shopping list
- Pinch of black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and cut the Butternut Squash
- Place pieces in large baking dish
- Sprinkle Salt and Pepper over pieces
- Melt Butter and Drizzle evenly over squash
- Sprinkle half of the brown sugar over
- Toss with hand
- Sprinke remaining brown sugar on top of buttered squash
- Distribute evenly on baking sheet
- Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown
- (Turn once while baking so that both sides are evenly browned

I thought I had cooked squash every way but I see I haven't. This one sounds very good and I look forward to trying this on the weekend.
