- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1.5 cup caster sugar shopping list
- 2 packets biscuits (200gr) shopping list
- 2 packets hard cream shopping list
- ready made chocolate sauce shopping list
- coconut shopping list
How to make it
- mix eggs and sugar very well with an electric mixer.
- mix the cream and eggs mix together with a spoon.
- crush all biscuits in another bowl
- mix all ingredient together.
- cover one big bowl with a stretch film. put the mixture inside this bowl. by this way the rococo came out easily after frozen.
- put it into freezer and let it freeze for 5-6 hours until harden.
- just before serve take rococo outside of the bowl and put it upside down to a large plate. it should look like a mountain. take off the stretch film. and cover it with the chocolate sauce. and dress it with coconut
