How to make it

  • mix eggs and sugar very well with an electric mixer.
  • mix the cream and eggs mix together with a spoon.
  • crush all biscuits in another bowl
  • mix all ingredient together.
  • cover one big bowl with a stretch film. put the mixture inside this bowl. by this way the rococo came out easily after frozen.
  • put it into freezer and let it freeze for 5-6 hours until harden.
  • just before serve take rococo outside of the bowl and put it upside down to a large plate. it should look like a mountain. take off the stretch film. and cover it with the chocolate sauce. and dress it with coconut

    hi everyone! sorry for my late answer!
    hard cream is whipped cream actually. or if you mix heavy cream with a mixer you will have it. we call is "cream shanti" in case if you know like this.
    and biscuits are like the biscuits you use under cheesecake layer. i hope this explanation is helpful.
