Ingredients

5 eggs

1.5 cup caster sugar

2 packets biscuits (200gr)

2 packets hard cream

ready made chocolate sauce

coconut

Directions

mix eggs and sugar very well with an electric mixer.

mix the cream and eggs mix together with a spoon.

crush all biscuits in another bowl

mix all ingredient together.

cover one big bowl with a stretch film. put the mixture inside this bowl. by this way the rococo came out easily after frozen.

put it into freezer and let it freeze for 5-6 hours until harden.

just before serve take rococo outside of the bowl and put it upside down to a large plate. it should look like a mountain. take off the stretch film. and cover it with the chocolate sauce. and dress it with coconut

hard cream is whipped cream actually. or if you mix heavy cream with a mixer you will have it. we call is "cream shanti" in case if you know like this.
and biscuits are like the biscuits you use under cheesecake layer. i hope this explanation is helpful.
