How to make it

  • Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer and let sit 1/2-1 hour.
  • Cut steak into single portion pieces and dredge each in flour.
  • Brown on both sides in oil.
  • Season meat with seasoned salt and pepper as it cooks.
  • Remove browned meat and drain on paper towel.
  • Put soups and 1 soup can of milk into frying and mix with crusties from meat.
  • Stir well.
  • Grease a 3 quart casserole and layer meat, potatoes, and gravy, ending with gravy.
  • Bake, covered, at 300 for 3-4 hours.
