Kind Of Asian Flavored Marinated Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

2 6 ounce pices of salmon

garlic

hot mustard (Coleman's recommended)

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

sherry vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

lemon

black pepper

scallions

Directions

Combine 3 parts soy sauce with one part hoisin sauce (or so!)

Add a bit of mustard and a dash of vinegar

Add minced garlic

Squeeze in the juice of one quarter of the lemon

Stir in olive oil

Pepper the salmon

Marinate the salmon in the mixture for around 45 min

Get a pan heated on med. to high heat

Cook the salmon about 2-3 minutes on both sides, be careful not to overcook

Serve topped with chopped scallions

Did marinate the tilapia filet and a piece of salmon in your combo, except, what kind of vinegar did you use? I may cut back on the amt of hoisin next time. Very flavorful!
