Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck

1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro

1/4 cup finely chopped red onions

1 clove finely chopped garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients well then shape into patties and grill to desired doneness.

Serve on toasted buns with your favorite condiments.
