Cilantro Burgers

This recipes comes from the Garner Estate in Greenville, Texas. I purchased this collection from an estate sale in 1984. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions shopping list
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients well then shape into patties and grill to desired doneness.
- Serve on toasted buns with your favorite condiments.

These were SO GOOD! Not sure if I've ever had cilantro in a burger but it worked great! Served with mayo, lettuce,. tomato, sauteed mushrooms and onions and havarti cheese. Thanks! My IMI review more
