Easy Shrimp Marinara

a favorite recipe adapted from a local restaurant
Ingredients
- 1 quart of favorite marinara sauce shopping list
- 1 lb linguini pasta shopping list
- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deviened shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry red wine shopping list
- fresh chopped parsley as garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta, drain and set aside
- In a large pan heat sauce, add wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add shrimp and cook and cover for 2 minutes or shrimp turn a bright pink and cooked.
- Pour sauce over pasta , garnish and and serve
- yield 4 to 6 servings
