Ingredients
  • 1 quart of favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 lb linguini pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • fresh chopped parsley as garnish

Directions
  1. Cook pasta, drain and set aside
  2. In a large pan heat sauce, add wine and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add shrimp and cook and cover for 2 minutes or shrimp turn a bright pink and cooked.
  4. Pour sauce over pasta , garnish and and serve
  5. yield 4 to 6 servings
