How to make it

  • 1 ~ Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add shallots and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Add rice and fry for 5-6minutes, tossing with a egg slicer.
  • 2 ~ Add parsley and peas. Season with salt and pepper, toss for 2-3 minutes and serve.
