Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 Can (440g.) Peas, Washed and Drained
  • 2 Shallots/Spring Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt to Taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions
  1. 1 ~ Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add shallots and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Add rice and fry for 5-6minutes, tossing with a egg slicer.
  2. 2 ~ Add parsley and peas. Season with salt and pepper, toss for 2-3 minutes and serve.
