Baked Sweet Potatoes

This is the best sweet potato recipe. I get requests to make these all the time.
Ingredients
- 6 large sweet potatoes shopping list
- 2 sticks butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Mash, whip and blend the sweet potatoes, margarine, sugar and eggs.
- Add nutmeg, vanilla and milk.
- Pour into large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cover with miniature marshmallows and return to the oven to brown.
