This is the best sweet potato recipe. I get requests to make these all the time.

Ingredients
  • 6 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • miniature marshmallows

Directions
  1. Mash, whip and blend the sweet potatoes, margarine, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add nutmeg, vanilla and milk.
  3. Pour into large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Cover with miniature marshmallows and return to the oven to brown.
