How to make it

  • Peel carrots; cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Place in buttered 1 qt casserole.
  • Mix juice and seasonings; pour over carrots.
  • Dot with margarine/butter and bake covered at 400 for 1 hour, or until tender.
