Ginger Carrots

- 6 Medium carrots shopping list
- 2 tsps lemon juice shopping list
- 3/4 tsps salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsps ground ginger shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs margarine/butter shopping list
How to make it
- Peel carrots; cut into 1/2 inch slices.
- Place in buttered 1 qt casserole.
- Mix juice and seasonings; pour over carrots.
- Dot with margarine/butter and bake covered at 400 for 1 hour, or until tender.
